Through FAMMAT’s Supportive In-Home and Family Community Services programs, we help those we serve build social contacts, integrate into their community, and learn personal self-help skills. The Individual Service Plans are implemented under the guidance and supervision of our highly qualified team. Offering these additional services has allowed our agency to position itself as the social and community provider of choice.

We serve the Hampton Roads community to include the cities of Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Norfolk, and Suffolk. We also serve the Greater Williamsburg, James City County, York, and Charles City Counties. We have the ability to serve other cities throughout Virginia, such as the Tri-City, on a case-by-case basis.
